This permanent part time role (8 hours per week) leads physiotherapy care for the Hay community, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services.
You will assess, plan and deliver patient-centred treatment, monitor outcomes, and support discharge planning, while upholding professional standards and MLHD CORE values.
AHPRA registration is required.
