Travel + Leisure Co. on the Gold Coast is seeking a Head Chef to run the kitchen day-to-day, design menus aligned with financial goals, and provide Food and Beverages to guests in a timely, skilled manner.
This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities include managing the Kitchen Department to budget, upholding HACCP and local food-safety guidelines, ensuring high-quality food, and overseeing rosters to cover shifts, while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
