Our capability allows us to offer turnkey solutions for complex projects and spans every project phase, from design and manufacture to through-life-support, condition monitoring and data analytics, fleet maintenance, operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets, and decommissioning.
We are now looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our highly skilled, People & Culture team.
Reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager, QTMP, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the QTMP project, as well as external partners to coordinate and support Learning & Development objectives.
You will be accountable for:
Developing strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Identifying and advising of training needs across the Project
Supporting development and implementation of training programs
Coordinate implementation of structured entry programs for QTMP such as traineeship and apprenticeship programs
Daily administrative and regular reporting duties within the LMS
This is a fulltime, permanent role, and is based in Brisbane, QLD.
About You:
Possess Cert IV in Training & Assessment
Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field (advantageous)
2+ years demonstrated experience in management of structured entry programs
Sound ability to operate Learning Management Systems
Highly dynamic and responsive to stakeholder needs
