MySolas is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide therapeutic 2:1 support for a young person with complex needs in a structured, protected setting.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with family, psychology, and other professionals to promote wellbeing.
Applicants should be calm, emotionally regulated, and committed to building a long-term therapeutic relationship, with availability for regular shifts across 6:00am–6:00pm on weekdays.
