About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an ER Specialist to join a high-performing People & Culture team based in Adelaide with travel to their other office 1-2 times a week in the Barossa Valley.
Supporting multiple operational sites, this role will partner closely with leaders across the business, providing advice and guidance on a broad range of HR matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to deepen their Employee Relations experience and progress into a future HR Business Partner role.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing advice and support to managers on employee relations and people matters




Assisting with performance management conversations and workplace investigations
Supporting leaders in unionised and EBA-covered environments
Attending meetings, documenting outcomes, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple sites through regular travel
About You
Exposure to Employee Relations matters, including performance management and workplace issues
Understanding of Enterprise Agreements (EBAs) and/or unionised work environments
Strong communication skills with the confidence to partner with operational leaders
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in developing your HR career
Open to candidates from a variety of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail, mining, healthcare, or other operational environments
