Work with clinical, operational and technology teams to understand data needs and uncover insights
Build dashboards, visualisations and reports to improve patient care and operational efficiency
Assist with data modelling, forecasting and exploratory analysis for strategic decisions
Clean, transform and analyse data from clinical and operational systems
Support data quality, governance and documentation
Provide first-level support to clinicians and operational staff using Home Hospital systems and devices
Troubleshoot logins, connectivity, device setup and basic application issues
Escalate complex issues to senior technical team members
Maintain knowledge-base documentation and contribute to day‐to‐day technology operations
Requirements
A recent degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
Successful completion of university‐level mathematics subjects across first, second and third year levels
Strong analytical thinking, problem‐solving ability and attention to detail
Demonstrated programming experience in Python, R and/or SQL through university projects, internships or personal projects
Ability to write, test and troubleshoot code independently
Great communication skills and comfort working with non‐technical stakeholders




Willingness to learn quickly and support the team, including help desk duties
Genuine interest in healthcare innovation and using data to improve patient outcomes
Academic transcript required with application
List of all completed first, second and third year university mathematics subjects and final grades required
