This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect who wants to take ownership of projects from design development through DA, documentation and construction.
The pipeline includes mid-sized shopping centres across Sydney, along with commercial and mixed-use residential developments.
You'll work on regional and neighbourhood retail centres, assets owned by major property groups including GPT, and new-build co-living projects with integrated retail.
You'll coordinate closely with clients, consultants, builders and internal teams, managing project information, resolving technical issues and keeping design intent, documentation and programme aligned as projects move into delivery.
The role suits someone with strong Revit capability and proven experience taking retail, commercial or mixed-use projects through multiple stages.
You'll have enough autonomy to lead day-to-day decisions, with support from experienced senior staff when needed.
What makes this one worth considering:
Lead projects from design development through DA and construction
One day WFH and flexible start/finish times
Gain exposure to new-build co-living and retail projects
Deliver assets for established national property clients
Strengthen client, consultant and construction-stage leadership experience
Join a reliable Sydney studio with a varied and ongoing project pipeline
