Role Description
We're looking for an expereineced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through to completion.
This is a full-time role in the Greater Brisbane/SEQ Area.
At RAFT, Project Management is about more than managing a program.
You'll take ownership of the project, bringing together the client, consultants, site team, subcontractors and commercial priorities to deliver a successful outcome.
What you'll Lead:
Project Strategy & Setup:
Understand the contract, scope and client requirements, establish a clear delivery strategy and set the project up for success from the outset.
Planning & Project Controls:
Maintain a clear view of the program, procurement priorities, resources, risks and key deliverables to keep the project on track.
Commercial Performance:
Take ownership of budgets, procurement, variations, forecasting and commercial risk, with a strong understanding of where the project stands.




Project Leadership:
Lead the project team and subcontractors with clear direction, strong communication and accountability, keeping priorities aligned and delivery moving.
Client & Stakeholder Relationships:
Build trusted, professional relationships with clients, consultants and project partners, managing expectations and communicating proactively.
Risk & Decision Making:
Identify risks, issues and opportunities early, make considered decisions and address challenges before they impact delivery.
Quality, Safety & Delivery Excellence:
Maintain high standards across every stage of the project and continually look for smarter, better ways to deliver.
