An exciting opportunity for a Senior
Finance Business Partner
to join a growing ASX-listed organisation.
This role will sit across
Finance, Technology and the wider business
, supporting BAU activities alongside key finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone who can get into the detail when required, build robust stakeholder relationships and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
Key experience:
Finance Business Partner, BRM, Finance Transformation and Business Improvement experience
Strong understanding of finance processes and operating models
Experience delivering transformation and process improvement
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience working across both business and technology teams
ERP/finance systems, AI or automation experience highly regarded
CA/CPA or consulting background highly advantageous
Sydney CBD | 3 days in office | Permanent
Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
