With continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join the team and play a key role in its ongoing expansion, with a clear pathway to partnership.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Manage a range of commercial and employment law matters independently
Provide strategic legal advice across business transactions, employment issues, and dispute resolution
Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and advisory materials
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and supervise paralegals, including reviewing their work
Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
Support operational management across the firm
About You
5+ years' PQEin commercial and/or employment law
Strong experience in transactional and advisory work
Ability to workautonomouslyand manage matters from start to finish
Confident in client-facing situations and relationship management
Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded
Interest in progressing toward partnership
Experience mentoring junior staff is highly regarded
Background in a boutique or similar firm environment is preferred
Ability to bring in or develop new business is a strong advantage
