You will assess behaviours of concern and design evidence-based, person-centred plans with your clinical team.
Autonomy over your caseload is balanced by multidisciplinary supervision.
Travel between sites is expected, and you'll contribute to reducing restrictive practices in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
