My client is a large fund manager, with a presence across Australia.
They are currently looking to hire an experienced Fund Accountant.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
Prepare daily bank and GL reconciliations for fund applications and redemption accounts.
Investigate and clear reconciliation items within required timeframes and elevate where appropriate.
General communications and liaison with Custodians and Banks.
Processing of Management fee rebates
Assist with daily unit pricing.
Assist with half year and end of year projects.
Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
The Candidate
5-8+ years of experience working as a fund accountant or a unit pricing specialist
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting & Finance would be desirable.
Robust numerical and quantitative skills.
