Lead a high-performing administration workforce and help shape the delivery of quality, patient-focused services across Allied Health and Rehabilitation at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
About This Role
As an Administration Manager, you will coordinate and lead teams of administrative professionals supporting the Division of Allied Health and Rehabilitation.
You'll play an important role in building workforce capability, maintaining service continuity and driving improvements that support quality, efficiency and positive patient outcomes.
Lead staff performance, development, coaching, mentoring and mandatory training compliance.
Coordinate workforce planning, rosters, leave and recruitment to ensure effective staffing and service continuity.
Drive quality improvement across administrative systems and processes, including data integrity, compliance and activity/revenue capture.
Work collaboratively with clinical and skilled leaders to strengthen administrative services, performance and workplace culture.
About You
You're an experienced administration leader who can bring people together, build capability and confidently manage competing priorities.
You'll have strong communication and consultation skills, a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to navigate HR and industrial relations matters.
Proven ability to lead, manage and develop administrative teams and individual performance.
Robust communication and multidisciplinary consultation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and service excellence.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties.
We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
We are nationally recognised for our expertise in trauma management and organ transplants and are one of Australia's leading academic and research health centres.
The PAH as a major medical research precinct hosts Australia's most advanced medical research facility, the Translational Research Institute (TRI) as well as a new Clinical Research Facility for the discoveries made at TRI to be trialed in a safe clinical environment.
We're expanding our hospital to make sure everyone gets the care they need.
We're adding more beds, modernising our buildings, and improving our spaces to treat kidney and cancer patients with all new services and facilities planned to open by ****.
