Sydney Local Health District's Canterbury Community Health Centre is seeking a motivated health professional to join our team as an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker (Level 1/2) or Psychologist in a permanent full time role (38 hours per week).
You will contribute to mental health assessments, early intervention and community treatment, with a focus on recovery-oriented care and consumer involvement.
