About the Role
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand customer relationship and operational processes within the novated leasing industry.
Undertake data quality reviews and audits to support reporting accuracy and informed decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis of existing workflows and documentation.
Gather and document business requirements for projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by developing process maps, reporting insights, and recommendations.
Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review data and identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
They should also have strong attention to detail skills, the ability to multi task, meet deadline and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the **** SG Fleet Internship Program, you must:
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with full working rights
Be in your final year of undergraduate study in ****
Be available to participate in the internship program based at SG Fleet's Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW (with a move to North Sydney in April ****)
