You will lead and support the site's training and competency systems, ensuring employees are trained, assessed and compliant with site and legislative requirements.
The role oversees Training Advisors, Trainer/Assessors and Training Governance, while supporting training systems, budgets and continuous improvement, and modelling Evolution Mining values.
