About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
We are looking for two exceptional Occupational Therapists to join our team supporting our residents at Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield and Villa Pelletier in West Leederville.
1x OT in West Leederville - 3 days/fortnight (22.8hrs)
1x OT in Forrestfield - 4 days/fortnight (30hrs)
As a Southern Cross Care WA OT, you will have a passion for working in partnership with older people, and for developing and delivering person centered therapeutic programs.
We are looking for someone with proven skillset and experience to support our valued residents.
We'll Also Be Asking You To
Assess and deliver high-quality OT services to our residents
Leadership to assistant staff to deliver activity and therapy programs
Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
Contribute to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
Comply with Allied Health and Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and secure work practices
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist.
You will also need a robust commitment to person centered care and able to work both independently and within a team.
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives.
