About The Role
Accountable and reports directly to the Principal.
A key member of the Senior Leadership team, involved in decision making across the school.
Work with the Governing Council and particularly its various sub-committees including the Finance Committee.
Work with all budget managers across the school.
Provide leadership and oversight of all non-teaching staff and provides direct performance and development support for a team of key non-teaching personnel.
Develop and maintain close links with the John Hartley community and relevant service providers.
What You Will Bring
Proven leadership experience in education.
Strong financial management and business analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team of non-teaching staff.
Understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
An Teachers Registration Board (TRB) qualification and the ability to hold an Employable Teachers Registration (ETR) with the Department for Education
