EML is seeking a permanent WPI Claims Specialist to join our NSW team in Sydney or Tweed Heads, with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
You will manage end-to-end permanent impairment claims for IfNSW agencies, applying NSW workers' compensation rules and guidelines.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide technical support to manage disputes, attend hearings as required, and work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely, compliant outcomes.
