About thisopportunity:
ICC Sydneyare looking for a professional, enthusiastic and operationally savvy ControlRoom Operator to join our Security Department on a full-time basis.
You will play a crucial role withinthe Security team from managing multiple moving parts and a vast array ofstakeholders, including monitoring CCTV, managing access control and ensuringeffective coordination of incident responses.
You will handle interactions in acomposed, respectful and diplomatic way, providing advice and solutions to suitthe situation while maintaining vigilance over ICC Sydney assets.




This role will suit a Securityprofessional looking for that next step in Security Operations.
You enjoy awork pace and focus that changes from shift to shift.
You are a naturallycomposed, pragmatic person and a natural and logical communicator able to putprocess and procedure into operational action and tangible results.
This role works across a 4 day on, 4day off (2 day shifts, 2 overnight shifts) rotating roster comprising of12-hour shifts.

Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years' experience in Security will be desirable.
NSW Security Licence 1A.
First Aid Certificate.
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
Valid working rights in Australia.
You must be 18 years or over.
To be eligible for employment you musthave valid working rights in Australia.
