UGL in Australia is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail project, based in Fortitude Valley and Beenleigh.
You will deliver HR support and initiatives across the project's lifecycle.
You'll work with project leaders to boost performance, simplify HR tools, manage change, and provide accurate HR reporting.
This role requires a degree in HR or related field and at least 8 years of experience in engineering/construction HR.
