• Own and be accountable for achieving territory business objectives for promoted medicines
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy and critical success factors
• Collaborate with peers to drive excellent execution in day-to-day Sales Representative responsibilities
• Track territory performance, manage expenses, and report outcomes to meet targets
• Ensure sales activities adhere to relevant industry and GSK promotional and business ethics codes
• Live GSK values and demonstrate behavioural expectations
• Promote key vaccine brands across Gold Coast south
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits Monday to Friday
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field
Field-based sales experience or similar customer-facing role preferred
Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally in primary care or hospital settings preferred
Robust verbal and written communication skills for in-person and virtual engagement
Full state driving license
Ability to travel within your territory five days per week, along with regional rotation every 6 weeks
Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset
Experience in field sales and territory management ideal




Familiarity with interpreting clinical evidence and research studies ideal
Proven ability to plan and deliver territory growth strategies ideal
Comfortable using digital tools for virtual detailing and CRM systems ideal
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills ideal
