This newly created Senior Systems Analyst will be the technical and business lead for D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring the platform effectively supports CCI's operational and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions, driving system optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, data quality and user experience.
You will develop and deliver user training, system documentation and support materials, fostering user capability, adoption and effective use of D365 and associated systems, and ensure the integrity, security and reliability of financial and operational data across D365 and connected systems.
To succeed you will have...
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline or minimum 5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or similar role.
Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions, as well as experience configuring, testing and implementing system enhancements and process improvements.
Experience developing and delivering system training and user support programs.
