THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of paid social and programmatic campaigns for a dedicated client team, with hands-on ownership of activation and in-platform performance.
You'll manage campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting across platforms including Meta, DV360 and CM360, working closely with an Activation Manager and Activation Executive to ensure campaigns deliver against both brand and performance objectives.
Alongside client management responsibilities, you'll spend meaningful time in-platform, guide the team's day-to-day execution, and work with internal teams and media partners to drive best-practice outcomes.




This role suits someone who enjoys staying close to the channels while leading a small team and managing client relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
4+ years' experience in Paid Social and/or Programmatic
Previous agency experience
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, DV360 and CM360
Comfortable spending significant time in-platform, not just overseeing strategy
Experience leading or mentoring an Activation Manager/Executive or similar team structure
Solid understanding of both brand and performance marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
NICE TO HAVE
Experience across retail, telco, FMCG or home/lifestyle brands
