ABOUT THIS ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll own Quality and WHS across Aviation, Electronics and Transmissions operations.
You'll build the Quality framework from the ground up, maintain
Part 145
certification, lead audits, and grow a small specialist team - all while working closely with global counterparts on standards alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the Quality & WHS framework from scratch
Maintain Part 145 certification across operations
Lead and grow a small Quality team
Run audits and report findings to leadership
Manage certification documents & submissions
Liaise with global counterparts on standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Degree in Engineering, Aeronautics or Quality




Background in aviation Quality & WHS management
Working knowledge of Part 145 / CASA regs
Comfortable leading a small team
The preferred candidate will hold an active Australian security clearance, however, candidates who are eligible to apply for a clearance will also be considered (Australian Citizenship is essential)
