Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs and testing of Arjo equipment and associated healthcare products
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and service requests within the hospital
Build strong working relationships with clinical, nursing, wards and support services teams
Manage equipment servicing schedules to maximise equipment availability and compliance
Accurately record service activities and equipment history within Arjo's service management system
Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure required parts are available onsite
Support equipment installations, commissioning and user familiarisation where required
Ensure serviced equipment meets relevant safety, quality and regulatory standards
Work with Arjo's broader Service and Operations teams to deliver customer outcomes
Identify process improvements that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance for Arjo healthcare equipment at a Canberra hospital
Requirements
Mechanical, electrical or electronics qualification or equivalent technical experience
2-5 years' experience in equipment maintenance, field service, biomedical equipment servicing or a related technical role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
Experience working in healthcare, medical devices, hospital environments or a regulated industry is highly regarded
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Robust organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands
Confidence using service management systems,



tablets and mobile technology
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both hospital and Arjo teams
Current driver's licence
Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations are encouraged
Successful applicants must undergo relevant reference checks, a national police check, and a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
