IMPACT Community Services Limited is seeking a Peer Support Worker to deliver group-based peer support across Wide Bay, Fraser Coast and North Burnett.
The role supports adults with severe mental illness referred by Queensland Health and guided by Mental Health services.
The role is part time (27.5 hours weekly), fixed term to 30 June ****, with travel across multiple locations and a focus on recovery, hope, and social inclusion for participants.
