The Role:
Support adults living in our CPA group home to lead rich, independent and empowered lives.
This posting is specifically for our home in Wyong.
Your day-to-day may include:
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Following
person-centred
plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients

Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your
passion & enthusiasm
is key!
NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability across a variety of shift times,
including:
Early mornings (6am - 9am)
Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
Afternoons & evenings
Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
