Your Impact:
Lead and mentor teams managing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
Ensure accuracy and timeliness across payments, refunds, and invoicing
Strengthen processes that reduce debt and enhance financial integrity
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-quality financial services
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

You'll bring to the table:
Demonstrated experience in credit management, payables, or transactional finance within a large, multi-site or service-based organisation
Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance, engagement, and service excellence
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution abilities
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet competing deadlines
Relevant tertiary or business qualification (highly regarded)
Understanding of the Early Learning and Care sector or Childcare Management Software (desirable)
Current QLD Working with Children Check
