We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our Brisbane Commercial Litigation team for an Associate or Senior Associate.
Working with a close-knit and inclusive team, you will work in a broad variety of commercial litigation matters covering disputes in the infrastructure & mining, consumer markets, regulatory, real estate, transport and government sectors.
Responsibilities
Draft advices, pleadings and prepare matters for hearing
Attend witness conferences and prepare affidavits and witness statements
Brief senior and junior Counsel
Appear in directions hearings and conferences
Prepare for and attend court and mediations
Mentor graduates, summer clerks and junior lawyers
Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
At least 3+ years PQE in a reputable commercial litigation team with experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters
Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions
Excellent analytical,



technical and drafting skills
