Lead our NATA/ISO ***** accredited diagnostic laboratory as we scale.
An executive role reporting to the CEO, with a clear mandate over production, quality and regulatory decisions.
Key responsibilities
Operational leadership of our diagnostic laboratory as we scale.
Our NATA/ISO ***** accreditation and ISO ***** certification.
Laboratory technology upgrades, systems integration, and commercialisation of new tests.
What you will bring
A PhD or Fellowship relevant to diagnostic or molecular microbiology, plus at least 5 years' relevant laboratory experience.
Experience leading a NATA/ISO ***** accredited laboratory at volume, and robust people leadership.
CAP accreditation experience advantageous.
