About The Role
The role provides clear management of people, projects, resources, priorities and workflow, allowing the Project Leaders and senior designers to focus on design leadership, client outcomes and quality.
The Health Manager will ensure each commission is properly established, coordinated, resourced and delivered, with clear responsibilities, timely decisions and appropriate design reviews.
This is primarily a management and delivery role and based in our Brisbane Studio.
About You
Experience in establishing one coordinated national Signage & Wayfinding team with clear roles, reporting lines and project responsibilities.
Responsible for ensuring staff understand what is required, who is responsible and when work must be completed.
Able to effectively allocate work according to project needs, programme, capability and staff availability.
Provide experienced designers with appropriate autonomy within an agreed design direction.
Coordinate Signage & Wayfinding inputs with architecture, interiors, landscape, digital and client teams.
Able to establish practical design review and approval gateways, monitor workload, programme, fees, variations and project risk.
Experience in creating a consistent, well-managed and supportive studio environment.
