What you'll do:
Engage with potential leads to assess their interest and eligibility for property investment
Use market research and data to identify high-potential prospects
Communicate effectively to understand clients' investment goals and preferences
Present tailored investment opportunities and explain their benefits
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks,



and opportunities within Australian real estate
Collaborate with landowners, builders, and stakeholders to negotiate favourable terms
Build and maintain strong relationships across the industry
Prepare and manage documentation during the pre-contract stage
Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
What you'll need:
MUST have
experience in property analysis, market research, or real estate investment
Robust negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and stakeholders
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Confidence in managing the end-to-end property investment process
