has partnered with an established Queensland commercial builder to appoint an experienced
Project Manager
on a builder side.
This is an opportunity to join a hands-on construction business with a strong pipeline of work, initially taking responsibility for the completion of a project at Sunshine Coast before moving onto a circa $35 million project in Brisbane.
About the Company
Our client is an established Queensland commercial and industrial builder with a strong focus on quality delivery, repeat client relationships and practical, hands-on leadership.
With a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of delivery and work closely with the broader construction team.
Requirements
Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction in Queensland.




Demonstrated capability delivering projects of comparable size and complexity, ideally in the $20M–$40M range.
Strong understanding of programme, subcontractor, cost, quality and site delivery requirements.
Commercially capable with robust contract administration, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.
A practical, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive projects through to successful completion.

Renumeration upto $200k+super (open to negotiation and depending on the experience)
