Job Title: Aesthetic Doctor (Minor Ops & Injectables)
Location: Newcastle
Employment Type: Part-Time, Employed or self-employed basis
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused
Aesthetic Doctor
with experience in
minor surgical procedures
and
non-surgical cosmetic treatments for our Newcastle clinic
.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality aesthetic consultations and treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer care.
The ideal candidate will be confident in performing injectable treatments, managing aesthetic patient journeys, and carrying out minor surgical procedures in a clinical setting.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical therapeutic and cosmetic assessments and patient consultations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare requirements.
Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate medical records.
Perform cosmetic injectable procedures including:
Anti-wrinkle injections (Botulinum Toxin)
Dermal fillers
Skin boosters
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments
Mesotherapy
Biostimulators (where qualified)
Manage and treat complications associated with injectable procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging aesthetic treatments.
Perform minor operations including:
Mole, skin tag, cyst, and lipoma removal
Skin biopsies
Wound closure and suturing
Cryotherapy and electrocautery procedures
Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical governance standards.
Provide post-operative care and follow-up assessments.
Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high patient satisfaction levels.
Monitor treatment outcomes and address any complications promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical medical standards.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and record keeping.
Adhere to local medical regulations, clinical protocols, and health & safety standards.
Participate in audits, continuous professional development (CPD), and training activities.
Requirements
Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
Full GMC registration and licence to practice.
Minimum
2–3 years' experience in aesthetic medicine
.
Demonstrated experience in:
Anti-wrinkle injections
Dermal fillers
Skin rejuvenation treatments
Minor surgical procedures
Excellent patient communication and consultation skills.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
Ability to manage aesthetic complications safely and effectively.
