Vanguard Group is expanding its Australian operations and seeks an on-ground Operations Coordinator in Brisbane to manage receiving, dispatch, and supply coordination, aligning with its Current Zealand roots.
This role reports to the Head of Operations and provides autonomy to optimise day-to-day processes.
You'll coordinate 3PL partners, supervise warehouse activities, and support site installs while ensuring stock accuracy and compliance—driving improvements as the team grows.
