Requirements
Experience in community development work
NSW Driver's Licence
Robust understanding of community development and asset-based approaches
Experience working with people experiencing social exclusion, trauma, homelessness or unemployment
Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate programs, activities and events for vulnerable groups
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Flexibility and adaptability in agile work environments




Police check and Working with Children check required prior to an offer of employment
A health / medical assessment may be required for some roles
