Our Client is an established and growing property business seeking an experienced
Property Manager
to join their team.
This opportunity would suit someone who knows Property Management, enjoys building robust relationships with owners and tenants, and wants to work within a team where communication, accountability and delivering a high standard of service genuinely matter.
Rather than being another number inside a large department, you'll have the opportunity to become an important part of the team and take genuine ownership of your portfolio.
The Role
As Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, trades and the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Routine inspections and reporting
Maintenance coordination
Lease renewals and tenancy management
Arrears management
Entry and exit processes
Working with trades and contractors
Providing proactive communication to property owners
Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed efficiently and professionally
General portfolio management and compliance
What We're Looking For




We're looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and understands that great Property Management is ultimately about people.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous Property Management experience
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Confidence managing competing priorities
A proactive approach rather than waiting for problems to arise
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work independently while still contributing to a team environment
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of the business long term.
