Position Overview
We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Gliderol team in Pinkenba.
This role acts as a vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring enquiries, orders and claims are managed accurately and efficiently.
Working within a collaborative team workplace, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales function.
What You Will Do
Processing customer orders, credits, warranty claims and damage claims
Providing customer support via phone, email and online channels
Assisting with product troubleshooting and spare parts enquiries
Managing account administration and customer records
Coordinating customer communication and ensuring timely issue resolution
Supporting the broader sales team with administrative and operational activities
Maintaining accurate data and documentation across business systems
What We Require
Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Proven problem-solving skills and customer focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in using business systems and customer service software




Professional and calm approach when handling customer issues
Positive attitude and wiliness to learn and grow with the role
What We Prefer
Exposure to CRM, ERP, order processing, inventory or invoicing systems
Experience supporting a sales or customer service team
Experience within manufacturing, building products or industrial environments (highly regarded)
