We represent a highly regarded national Planning & Environment team who advise both private and public sector clients.
The practice is known for its strong technical capability, high-profile matters and commitment to mentoring talented lawyers.
They are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Sydney office.
The Role
In your role, you'll work across a diverse range of matters including:
Development strategy and statutory planning work
Infrastructure, environmental and cultural heritage projects
Planning & Environment Court litigation and regulatory proceedings.
You'll gain hands-on experience from day one, with direct client contact, meaningful responsibility,



and close guidance from senior practitioners on significant Current South Wales and national projects.
About You
You will have 3 - 8 years' post-admission experience in planning and workplace law (gained in private practice or government), with:
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
A genuine passion for planning and environmental work
An interest in (or experience with) Planning & Environment Court matters
A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
You'll enjoy working across both advisory and litigious matters in a close-knit, high-performing team with excellent career progression opportunities.
