Tire Claims Specialist with Rallye Mercedes Benz!
The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team, with excellent customer service experience to play a key role in ensuring a seamless and personalized automotive experience.
Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with automotive service experience.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians regarding tire claims with tire damage coverage.
Handle paperwork for all tire claims for coverage and payment.
Submit paperwork with the claims carrier for payments quickly and efficiently.
Follow up with claims to ensure they are being processed correctly.
Check with parts for tire pricing and availability.
Effectively communicate with both vendors and customers on claims status.
Assist in service administration functions.
Included but not limited to: loaner car responsibilities, reception, and scanning.

PAY RANGE: $18 - $20 PER HOUR
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous cashier, administrative, or customer service experience.
Possess basic computer & phone skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft, and Google Suites; and experience with CDK.
Experience with effectively and politely interacting with customers and other employees.
