We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Program Administrator to join our growing team.
This role will coordinate the administrative delivery of our chef and cook recruitment programs, working closely with candidates, client companies, and appointed migration agents to ensure each placement progresses smoothly from interview through to visa setup.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end administrative processes for recruiting experienced onshore and offshore chefs and cooks, from initial candidate engagement through to placement.
Liaise with candidates and client (employer) companies throughout the shortlisting, interview and hiring process, and managing communication between both parties.
Support client companies with onboarding requirements once a candidate is selected, including documentation and role confirmation.
Coordinate with appointed migration agents on nomination and visa setup processes, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of information and documents.
Track and monitor case progress across recruitment and visa pathways, preparing status updates and reports for management and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records, correspondence, and case files across ACM's client management systems.
Ensure all recruitment and administrative processes align with ACM's internal quality standards.
Provide administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation, scheduling, and general program coordination tasks.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate/client experience.
Skills & Requirements
A minimum diploma qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in program or project coordination, administration, or recruitment/service delivery.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidate and client cases at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with candidates, employer clients, and migration agents.
High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and case tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client/case management systems e.g. Jobadder
Experience or strong interest in the hospitality, recruitment, or migration sector will be highly regarded.
Understanding of, or willingness to learn, the general visa nomination and application process relevant to skilled migration.
