Travel to customer locations to deliver onsite training and consulting services for Accruent product families
Balance multiple projects and diverse assignments
Serve as a primary point of contact for Professional Services customers and support their enquiries
Collaborate with project teams to understand objectives, collect requirements, configure software applications, test systems and train end users
Perform application configuration, data transformation and business analysis
Create customer training materials and documentation
Become a subject matter expert and trusted resource for customers and Accruent teams
Communicate complex concepts clearly and present confidently in professional settings
Work independently with robust self-motivation and focus on customer delivery
Report directly to the Manager, Professional Services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology
Consultant experience within the CMMS or EDMS software space
Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and consulting skills
Ability to solve problems creatively and independently and drive for results
Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions
Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration,



software installation, onsite training, systems troubleshooting, and ongoing account management
Experience managing resources and commitments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Willingness to travel to customer locations for onsite support
Visa sponsorship is not available
Successful background investigation required
Relocation will not be considered
Demonstrates expertise in delivering onsite training and consulting services for software applications, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Proficient in managing software implementation lifecycles and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
