Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for an industrial/manufacturing setting in Penrith.
You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance across conveyors, motors and gearboxes, with a focus on fault finding and proactive servicing.
The role offers 4-on 4-off shifts (8:00am–8:00pm, days only), optional overtime paid at 1.5x, 32 days holiday, and ongoing training with transparent progression toward management within 2 years.
