I'm looking for a talented, hands-on
Social Designer
who can take a brief, develop the idea and bring it to life.
You'll sit at the intersection of
creativity, craft and performance
, creating social-first creative across a range of clients and campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social.
What you'll do
Develop social-first creative across static, motion, digital, brand and TTL.
Concept campaigns from ideation through to final artwork.
Create assets for
Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, display and landing pages
.
Produce short-form video using After Effects, Premiere or CapCut.
Adapt creative across formats, audiences and placements.
Use performance data to inform creative decisions and iterations.
Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams.
Bring ideas proactively and identify opportunities to use AI effectively.
What you'll need
4-7 years' experience
in an agency or in-house creative team.
Integrated campaign experience across social, digital, brand and TTL.
Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, colour, composition and brand systems.




A strong understanding of
paid social
and platform-native creative.
Ability to both
concept and execute
.
Confidence with motion and short-form video.
Robust
Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
skills.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication.
A proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
Experience with
UGC-style ads, A/B creative testing, regulated categories, final artwork/pre-press
and strong copywriting instincts.
Full time role
Sydney based hybrid
working arrangements - 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
Salary ranges from
$110,000 to $130,000 + Super
(depending on experience)
Citizen or PR
is required for this role.
