About thisopportunity
ICC Sydney are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual tojoin our Building Services and Sustainability Team as aContact CentreTeam Memberon Full Timebasis.
Being the central point of contact for operational and facilitiesmaintenance support, the Contact Centre interacts with multiple stakeholders,both internal and external to ICC Sydney.
The team is responsible for thetriage and delegation of work requests to ensure ICC Sydney delivers successfor our clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities and duties of this role includes answering andactioning inquiries from team members, contractors and stakeholders via use ofphone, email, radio and the service portal as well as data entry and monitoringof work requests for reactive and planned maintenance tasks.




To be successful in this role youwill have strong attention to detail, the ability to interact with variousstakeholders, be able to make decisions on service delivery and have in-depthunderstating of how ICC Sydney operates.

Required Skills & Experience
Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction.
Able to accept direction with a can-do attitude without compromising safety.
Well organised with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving and creative solutions.
Mature and professional outlook in handling challenging situations with a solutions mindset.
Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days.
Valid working rights in Australia.
You must be 18 years or over.
Additionally, you will have apositive attitude to align with the Contact Centre team culture, a willingnessto learn and a demonstrated commitment to your career.
You will have a passionfor getting results, be resilient with strong customer service andcommunication skills and be able to establish good working relationships.
To be eligible for employment you musthave valid working rights in Australia.
