The Role
Establishing project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies
Managing procurement schedules and the letting of trade packages
Coordinating clients, consultants,



subcontractors and suppliers
Monitoring project costs, forecasts, claims and variations
Leading project meetings and maintaining clear stakeholder communication
Resolving design, contractual and construction issues
The Criteria
A degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline
Solid knowledge of procurement, contracts, cost control and forecasting
Experience across current builds, refurbishments or fit-outs
Exposure to education, health, aged care, community or government-funded projects will be highly regarded
Australian permanent residency or unrestricted working rights are required.
