Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the MTSS framework




Provide guidance and training to staff on behaviour management, interventions, and inclusive practices
Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to deliver comprehensive support plans
Analyze and interpret student data to inform continuous improvement strategies
Foster a trauma-informed, culturally responsive learning environment
Support the development of a positive school climate that promotes wellbeing and inclusion
Lead professional development sessions focused on MTSS and student support strategies
You Will Have
Relevant leadership experience in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of MTSS frameworks, trauma-informed practices, and inclusive education
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Experience working with diverse student populations and complex needs
Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making
Current VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Passion for advancing student wellbeing and academic success
