Job Description
Canberra Southern Cross Club is seeking a commercially focused General Manager Health and Wellness to lead the Health and Wellness portfolio at Stellar Canberra. You will drive membership growth, ensure operational excellence and lead a team across Stellar Swim, Stellar Women's Gym, Group Exercise and Anytime Fitness Gyms.

You will report to the CEO, build capability, manage partners, and shape strategic priorities while maintaining safety, service standards and robust member experience.
