Boodjar Corporation is a proud Indigenous-owned company delivering underground utilities and trenchless infrastructure work across Perth and WA. We work alongside major utility providers — Western Power, Water Corporation, ATCO Gas — on projects that keep the state's essential services running. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced
Project Manager/Estimator
to help shape how we win and deliver that work.
This isn't a back-office estimating role. You'll be the link between management, administration and the field — staying close to projects as they move from award through to delivery. You'll work directly with our management team, with real visibility into how the business runs and real input into how it grows.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare detailed quotes and competitive tender submissions for upcoming projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are met or exceeded.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication and addressing concerns promptly.
Review project scope, plans, and documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and feasibility before project initiation.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance to the Director and General Manager.




Identify opportunities to enhance project processes, safety, and efficiency within
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in program management, project coordination, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience working with major utility providers such as Western Power, Water Corporation, and ATCO Gas, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and delivery on client expectations.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, ITP's, safety standards, and project management principles.
Proficiency in preparing quotes, proposals, and tender documents.
Ability to review and interpret project documents, contracts, and scopes of work.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of program management tools and techniques.
